Agility UK was originally known as Agility Health and Safety. The company was conceived in order to help build upon health and safety knowledge and practice in light of the growing 'Duty of Care' requirements under UK law.

In 2008 an employment law consultancy firm was acquired by Agility UK and merged with the existing health and safety division to create Agility UK as we know it today with expert staff trained in all aspects of health and safety and employment law.
