Health and Safety Advisor

To liaise with and advise clients in various industries, on all aspects of health & safety, ensuring statutory obligations are adhered to and good practice. To develop and implement client specific health and safety strategies and to support and assist the clients in taking responsibility for their own health and safety.

Main duties:

  • To develop and implement robust Health & Safety Management systems.
  • To conduct site inspections and complete and distribute written reports.
  • To provide health and safety training by direct presentation.
  • To develop new training material.
  • To attend meetings with new and prospective clients to review operations and assist in developing the growth of the business.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience
  • A clear understanding of key health and safety legislations/risk assessment in the workplace.
  • Development and implementation of health & safety training.

Education:

  • IOSH membership
  • Preferably CMIOSH
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent

Other qualities required:

  • Must be able to drive and hold a full license
  • Willing to travel both in the UK and internationally
  • References required

Telesales Operative/Appointment Generation

Position based in Sheffield. To work cooperatively with the external and internal sales team to generate new business opportunities helping the company to achieve its financial targets.

Main duties:

  • Appointment generation.
  • Assist the Sales Support Executive to generate appointments for the Account Managers.
  • Accurate diary management.
  • Meet appointment generation targets as agreed with line manager.
  • Understand customers’ diverse, specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs.
  • Maintain accurate account records within the company CRM system.
  • Undertake additional specific administration tasks, as directed by the line manager.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Essential that the job holder can communicate effectively in writing and orally

Education:

  • Good general standard of education
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent

Other qualities required:

  • Desirable that the post holder be able to drive and hold full license
  • References required

This position can be available on both a part time or full time basis (minimum 24 hours to 37.5 hours a week). Competitive salary and pension.
