Grievance and Disciplinary Training

Being able to run disciplinary or grievance procedures is an essential management skill. Our Grievance and Disciplinary training course teaches delegates how to run disciplinary or grievance procedures and explore the issues that can arise, including cross grievances during a disciplinary or employees taking sick leave to delay matters.

Agility UK provides Grievance and Disciplinary training for employees with emphasis on the investigation process. Grievance and Disciplinary training is designed to equip supervisors and middle managers with some understanding of the disciplinary process and will also examine the managers’ role in relation to the grievance or investigation.

The Grievance and Disciplinary training course is based around the study of a set scenario and will provide some understanding of the different possible processes. Grievance and Disciplinary training takes place over the course of one full working day. A maximum of 20 delegates is allowed per session.
