The Termination of Contract training coursewill cover the following topics:
- The different types of termination and how to deal with each
- How to deal with resignations and dismissals, in accordance with the law and best practice
- The potential risks to the business if the dismissal has not been carefully planned and/or properly conducted
- Compromise agreements
- We will also have an open forum for general employment law questions at the end of the session
