These alarming figures mean that just less than half of your workforce could take you to a tribunal. In this situation it’s best not to panic.
1. If the employee is still with you, accept the paperwork (ET1) but do not undertake a conversation about the details. Let the employee know that you will read it and come back to them.

4. Pull together all relevant paperwork including emails
