New Health & Safety Law Poster Published

As from 6 April 2009, HSE is publishing a new version of its approved health and safety poster.

The new version is modern, eye-catching and easy to read. Its sets out in simple terms, using numbered lists of basic points, what employers and workers must do, and tell you what to do if there is a problem.

However, you can continue to use the existing version of the poster until 5 April 2014. You do not need to replace it at the current time unless you wish to do so.
